I’m looking for high quality travel posts that are geared towards a specific attraction or locale. An example could be “Six Flags Amusement Park in San Antonio” or “Our Camping Trip to the Smokey Mountains”. I’m not looking for posts that are too broad, such as “Our Never Ending Car Trip through the United States, Canada and Mexico”.
I’m especially interested in attractions, events, hotels, etc. that my own family has not been too, but that doesn’t mean that my readers wouldn’t be interested in seeing the attraction through your eyes so nothing is off limits.
I’d love for you to share the good and bad. What you loved or didn’t love at your destination and how much it appealed to your family. And you know after other people read about it they’re going to want to go too so here are a few things you should think about including in your post:
- Cost, how much is it and are there any deals to be had? AAA, military, educator discounts, etc.
- Hours of Operation
- Address or link to a map showing us how to get there
- A link to the Official attraction website
- Insider Tips- things you wish you would’ve known BEFORE you arrived like if you need reservations, where to park, the most affordable place to eat, etc.
- Resources (if any) that you used to learn about the attraction before or after your visit
- Be family friendly
- Contain original content
- Between 350- 800 words
- Include up to three photos
- NO affiliate links
- Include a short bio (no more than 100 words) with a link to your website or blog
